In 2013, the Morrison family started a family business to teach their children about how to operate a business.  3 years later, they decided it was time to move on as the kids got older.

In 2016, LoJoNo Corporation bought the building, equipment, and the name.  The president of the corporation, Sean Montgomery, spent 3 years managing a soft serve concession business serving patrons in the Northwest Indiana area.  He decided to venture into the cotton candy business and assumed this was the future of the company.  When he learned about The Spotted Cow, he teamed up with Robert Becker, who also has a background in restaurant management as well as a degree in business.

Due to the knowledge of what the public likes, and the flair for creativity, we put together a variety of flavors such as: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cotton candy, cookies n creme, sour patch kids, tootsie roll, gummy worm, and more.  We slowly churn the 14% butterfat mix (FDA approved PREMIUM) until it is rich and creamy.  We serve it in a cup, Waffle cone, waffle bowl, shakes, and malts.
